Manifesting isn’t just about thinking a happy thought and having it flawlessly appear into your life.  Manifesting is also about falling, breaking, crying, sweating, crawling your way through the struggle.  Fighting for that ONE vision. To the point that there is no other option left other than to make it happen. Read on The Mess In Manifesting Your Dreams.

These days the word “manifest” has become incredibly overused and not always perceived accurately.  The word has almost become a scapegoat to avoid the hard work that it takes to achieve goals and dreams.  Don’t get me wrong, manifesting can be a powerful tool to use in addition to a strong work ethic and invincible mindset.

The Mess In Manifesting Your Dreams

Universal signs

Often when we seek a new goal or dream, it becomes an obsession.  It’s all we can think about, it becomes part of our every waking thought—our new passion.  When this happens, we are subconsciously “manifesting.” At this time, you might start to recognize a lot of resistance within the comfort of your normalcy.  You might start to see that what once worked for you, no longer does.  The rhythm feels off by a beat and the energy has shifted.

That’s because it has. This is a universal sign that it’s time to make a shift.  Sometimes the universe will make circumstances so uncomfortable for us so that we have no other choice other than to move forward, because more than likely we wouldn’t make that decision on our own.  As humans, one of our greatest fears is change; therefore, we shy away from self-inflicting this onto ourselves.

Sound familiar? How many times have circumstances become immensely uncomfortable and you STILL stick around, spinning your wheels to do everything in your power to make it work and get it all back to normal?  This is an act of change avoidance.

But let me also ask you, how many times have you been able to look back and be incredibly grateful for that discomfort, because without it you would have never found better?  Usually every single time.

Due to this consistent outcome, I challenge you to allow the discomfort to come. It may feel scary and uncertain, but if pattern proves, there isn’t much to fear. Instead of trying to force it to stay the same, look around for what other doors are opening for you.  Guaranteed there are cracks opening up to new opportunity that could lead to everything you asked for!

Get ready to work for it

Nothing worth having comes easy.  And if it did, would you even want it?  I know I wouldn’t.  There’s a sweeter taste to everything you can say you’ve hustled hard for and earned every piece of.  It’s a place of pride and it’s a deeper understanding.  When you have created a reality from a vision, there’s nothing more rewarding.  But to get there you have to believe in it enough to fight for it.  Because sometimes the resistance put in your path is a test to see if you are truly ready for the things you are asking for.  If you aren’t willing to put in the work to earn it or believe in it enough to do what it takes to make it happen, then the opportunity will pass you by.  Again, it has to come down to more than just wanting and wishing for it.

The secret recipe? Want. Wish. WORK.
