Travel is simplified experiential education while education is constructed travel in the quest for knowledge and capacity building in order to find and gain a place of reckoning in one’s journey on earth, so you see there is a relationship

How has the travel industry changed in the last few years?

It has changed dramatically in the past few months especially since the outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic. Though we had some other outbreaks of EBOLA  in west Africa and SARS in Asia. The coronavirus is global, while others were regional. Humanity had never been so challenged in for a century. Travels and hospitality took the biggest hits. The industry is practically on its knees, but we are all back on the drawing boards rebuilding and recreating what will stimulate recovery. In the next 2 years, we see.

What’s the biggest challenge faced by entrepreneurs?

Funding is an albatross of small and medium scale businesses sic entrepreneurs.  And having to also swim in murky waters of unfair competition where innovation is compromised at the altar of unfair pricing, all in the name of wanting to win a transaction.

What does it take for someone to get started with their own side hustle in your line of work? How does someone start their own business like yours?

Decide what you really want, make it your dream, set up a plan, pursue it and never give up. Challenge yourself anew every day, continuously raise the bar and of course you must love what you do, do what you love and love what you do.

What is the best part of your job?

Seeing  the satisfaction of our clients. that we have delivered, that is the excitement that we have as our reward and nothing compares to having met your client’s expectations .

At what point did you know it was the right time to work for yourself?

I kept challenging myself and sooner than later I realized that if I do not step out of paid employment which at some point was limiting my growth desire, I may not be able to find myself where I wanted to be, so I took the bull by the horn and here we are. All glory to God

What is your secret to being an effective CEO in terms of building the company culture and values you need to make the company successful?

Busy startup entrepreneurs have lots of demands on their time and are often pulled in lots of different directions, do you have any tips for effective time management and what to focus on first?

I took the following cue from Dawn Motsiff and will recommend it

  • Have a short to-do list of your top priorities. …
  • Don’t robot-check your email. …
  • Stop wasting time writing the same emails. …
  • Organize important emails. …
  • Use your calendar, and use it wisely. …
  • Ask clarifying questions at the start of a meeting. …
  • Book meetings for less time than you think they will take.

Where do you get your inspiration from daily?

God and his word and my love for humanity  propels me to greatness. I get my inspiration from him and I am also inspired when I see the good people are doing all over the world and to women who are constantly changing the narratives. To the woman who works, takes care of her family, and is still making an impact is always a huge motivation.

How do you stay motivated?

Keeping my eyes on the ball and the goal and knowing Giving up is NEVER an option, constantly my mind focuses on all that I have to achieve and the impact I want to make in my world .
