Our mornings are the most important part of our life and really dictates how our day goes. It’s the time when our mind is still in the hypnotic state and thus a great way to consciously create our day and manifest whatever you want in your life. Read on Life-Changing: How To Make The Most Of Your Mornings.

I have a morning manifestation routine that I want to share with you all and can’t wait to see what you manifest!!

Life-Changing: How To Make The Most Of Your Mornings

1. Don’t look at your Phone:

Checking your phone first thing in the morning can drain all your energy and can be very stressful. You need to take control of your morning the second you open your eyes. I love to start my day by saying – THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! accompanied by some powerful affirmations, like “I am WORTHY”, “I am CONFIDENT”. It makes me feel empowered and confident.

2. Grab your favourite Beverage:

Walk to the kitchen to grab your favourite morning drink, it can be coffee, tea or juice. While you are preparing your favourite drink, keep saying your favourite affirmations to yourself. Just make sure the beverage you’ll be getting is not a soft drink or an energy drink says this dentist who does veneers and the best dental implants in Lexington MA. Both drinks are detrimental to your dental health. I personally like a cup of tea for my caffeine kick and like to say affirmation like – “Today will be an amazing life-changing day and I cannot wait to see what it has in store for me”. You can use the same affirmation as mine or can choose to use your own.

3. Sit at your Morning Spot:

The morning spot is the spot where you sit in the morning and perform your morning routine. Mine is in my room at my study table where I have my vision board, my journal and my meditation music ready for me to start my morning manifestation routine.

4. Grab your Manifestation Journal:

Buy a cute journal and designate it for your morning journaling and call it a “Manifestation Journal”. Now, think through your life and think of ten things you are grateful for. It can be a person, an experience or a thing. Write it like this: “I am grateful for……(my new job that I love, an exciting experience, my soulmate, etc). After you have written the gratitude list, read through it and really feel the gratitude. Soak in how magical it is to have the thing, person or the experience into your life.

5. Write your top 3 goals in past tense:

Just in the same format, write your top three goals as you have already achieved them. For instance, “I am grateful to have an amazing vacation in Hawaii”. Sounds exciting, doesn’t it? Haha, have fun with it and really feel that you have achieved the goal. The more detail you can go, the better it is!!

6. Meditate:

Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Imagine that you are connected to the centre of the earth. If you are a beginner there will be few distractions, don’t worry about them, just acknowledge them and let them go. Start with five minutes and gradually increase your meditation time. Use this time as your connection with the source.

7. Visualize your goal:

While you are in the meditation, your mind is in alpha mode, use this state of mind to visualise your goals. Visualise each goal that you wrote down in your journal. Imagine that you are there and you have achieved all your goals. Imagine each and every detail of them including all your senses. See it, smell it, feel it and hear it. Feel every ounce of joy and excitement, make it as GOOD as it possibly can. After you feel your emotional state start to shift, place your hand in your heart and feel gratitude for your goals that have been achieved and the beautiful life that you are creating.

8. Read your favourite book:

I utilise my morning time to read a book for 15-30 minutes. It’s a great way to learn every day and it totally adds up to your overall development. The book that I am currently reading is “Think Like a Monk” by “Jay Shetty”. I am loving each and every verse of the book.
