Lolita Taub is the producer of The F SHOW, an online mini-series where 80+ female millennial entrepreneurs from 20+ countries prove that “doing what you love and living the life you want to live” is possible via entrepreneurship. When she’s not traveling around the world for The F SHOW, Lolita loves to cuddle up with an e-book and a cup of tea. She lives in San Diego, California with her husband.

Lolita Taub was born in 1985, and raised in South Central Los Angeles, California. In 2007, Mrs. Taub completed her bachelors degree in International Relations Global Business at the prestigious University of Southern California. That year, Mrs. Taub participated in International Experiential Corporate Learning Programs in China, Mexico, and Taiwan. It was in China that Mrs. Taub was first exposed to the world of technology.

Intrigued by China’s technology, Mrs. Taub joined IBM, one of the world’s largest technology companies, as a Public Sector Business Strategy Consultant in Washington, D.C. In 2008, Mrs. Taub took an opportunity to broaden her technology horizons when she joined IBM’s sales arm as a Private Sector Sales Executive for cross-industry Fortune 500 companies in Southern California.

In 2011, on a visit to Egypt, Mrs. Taub became captivated by the driving force of the Egyptian Revolution: technology – specifically, the internet. It was clear that technology could empower people by enabling mass communication. The thought inspired Mrs. Taub to, in 2012, leave IBM US to work with Peace Corps and IBM Africa to enable a 2G, 3G and Wi-Fi network across 17 African countries. The plan failed and Mrs. Taub returned to California.

In 2013, Mrs. Taub joined the largest networking company in the world, Cisco Systems, as the Sales Executive for Southern California’s Native American Tribes. Lolita’s work with the tribesmen reignited Lolita’s passion to empower and enable people to make a difference in the world through technology.

Now, Lolita looks to combine her strength in business, her interest in technology and travel, and her passion of women empowerment as the founder and producer of The FSHOW at www.thefshow.com.

Lolita’s mission is to empower female millennial future entrepreneurs to do what they love and live the life they want to live.

Lolita’s saying on what keeps here motivated: ‘The thing that keeps me motivated is my life philosophy: We are all diamonds, with different facets, made to reflect light on one another and onto the world.’
