Three Activities You Must Do Every Day To Live Your Best Life

Of course, we have to take care of our physical wellbeing before we can truly thrive. This is as simple as eating real foods, moving our bodies and getting the best sleep we can. However, simple doesn’t mean it’s easy. For me, good sleep is the most challenging. I have learned deep peaceful sleep comes from knowing I have been my best and done my best each day. Read on Three Activities You Must Do Every Day To Live Your Best Life.

While “living our best lives” is going to look different for each of us, there are common themes. Reflecting on the success I have enjoyed and witnessed others having, it all boils down to three areas of critical importance: Relationships, Positivity and Motivation. I call them RPMs. A focus here is guaranteed to keep you moving forward. (PS: Let us know your thoughts in the comments on Women On Topp!)

Three Activities You Must Do Every Day To Live Your Best Life

Relationships: Prioritize People

It’s people that either give you opportunities or recommend you to others. It’s also people (and pets) that make this amazing life more enjoyable. So every day, be sure you are nurturing your closest relationship as well as reaching deep into your network to let people know how much they mean to you. My favorite thing to do is call someone out of the blue just to say hi and see how they are doing. This is an easy way to make your day and theirs.

Positivity: Believe In Yourself and Your Abilities

I start each morning with an intentional statement.  I AM….. And I WILL…. Fill in what’s most important to you in showing up as your best self and getting the most out of each day.

Gratitude is the best way to get into a positive mindset. Writing or saying out loud what you are grateful for sends positivity into the universe and back into your life. You must actively practice gratitude and deeply believe that you can and you will create what you most want in your life.

Motivation: Do Your Best Including Something Crazy

We all need purpose. We also have to keep learning and growing to reach our potential. To truly thrive, you need to push the boundaries. My favorite advice is to do something each day that scares you. Getting out of your comfort zone is what really gets your heart pumping. Go for the what ifs? and the why not me? Take chances and you will be surprised by how many of them pay off.

These are simple tips to add to your daily routine. Simple but not easy as they take some discipline and commitment. I assure you a focus on your RPMs will most certainly make your days more fulfilling and keep you moving forward.

Have fun growing, thriving and living your best life.
