Release the Money Struggle – The Basics

As women, we have been conditioned since childhood to view money in a certain way.  As impressionable young girls, we watched how those around us interacted with and talked about money.  Your parents (or other close adult relationships) may have held the belief that money was scarce, that you had to work really hard for money just to make ends meet, or that money wasn’t accessible to everyone.  If money wasn’t hard to come by, you might have seen it flow in abundantly one day and quickly disappear the next, leaving your family in feast or famine mode.  As you grew up, you carried these developed beliefs (also known as, wealth consciousness) with you, living by other people’s rulebooks and perspectives around what money truly was and how to react to it. Essentially leaving you to clean up their mess.

I am here to share with you in this article how money is, in fact, not meant to be a struggle, but rather a beautiful resource designed to lovingly support you in achieving your dreams and desires!

Eliminating the archetypes

Within your subconscious mind there live all sorts of archetypes (character representations of our internal belief systems). These archetypes keep up from accessing our role as “Queen,” who can effortlessly access money as a tool of support, luxury, and joy while she lives out her divine calling.  Archetypes can cause us to hide from money, overspend, frantically use, overwork for, or pinch every single penny, devoiding ourselves from enjoying the process of receiving.  To eliminate our archetypes, we need to replace our belief system with the idea that money is currency, currency is energy, and therefore money is energy.  We need to exemplify the energy we want to receive, by letting go of our fears, doubts, and guilt around money.  When we let go of resistance, only then can we allow money to find us.

Money is always available

Oftentimes I watch women future-trip by putting so much pressure on one way to make and access money.  They become so hyper-paralyzed by believing that this is the only available avenue in which to receive money, that they miss incredible opportunities passing right by them. When we release the pressure and burden from one source, knowing that money is always available to us, we allow other streams to flow.  Design a mantra like “money is always available to me”  to say to yourself daily and often.  Success comes from repetition.

Take action

Now that you understand that there is money, it wants to help you fulfill your purpose, and you are worthy, it’s time to take action and go get it.  Don’t fall victim to taking yourself out of the game before you even try, by telling yourself anything other than those listed facts.  Part of taking action is giving yourself the permission to.  Now, those old programmed limiting beliefs, they run deep.  Your past conditioning isn’t something that will evaporate just from reading this article. STUDY.  Read every single book you can on the topic, recite any and all mantras that will condition your brain to believe it, and then go out there and earn it.  Queens, the epic life is on the other side of what’s between your temples.  Allow yourself to release what you’ve been told with what you know to be true.

These three tips are ways that I transformed my own life from being a struggling psychotherapist who was trading hours for dollars, living with my parents, and buried under $75,000 worth of debt to owning my own multimillion-dollar company as an entrepreneurial success coach and author for women in business!  I hope that they serve you in letting go of the struggle and creating your own rulebook for money!
